From Learners to Leaders: Youth Teaching Educators

This summer, Frontline Catalysts youth stepped into their power as teachers, guiding a cohort of Bay Area educators in our Frontline Voices: Media for the Movement curriculum. In partnership with StoryCenter and OTACA, youth led opening circles, visual storytelling workshops, and shared their own digital stories, offering teachers a firsthand look at how environmental justice education comes alive in the classroom.

What began as learning through storytelling has now grown into youth leading and advocating for a more just, sustainable future. These educators are now ready to empower their own students to do the same.
